At Re:Fresh Nutrition we work with schools, and further education providers all over Ireland, providing knowledge and inspiration to empower young people to make positive and meaningful changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our main focus is to educate children and young people about the importance of eating well, and maintaining a healthy balance between exercise, diet and time for fun. We aim to ensure that workshops are engaging, interesting and relatable. We also like to challenge young people when it comes to food waste and the importance of knowing where food comes from, exploring cooking from ‘scratch’ and utilising ‘whole foods’.

We also provide bespoke health and wellness workshops for teachers, support staff and parents, in partnership with children and young people.
